Successful London Market Insurance Company requires a Qualified Accountant with Insurance experience for a Group Accountant role.

 As a member of the Risk and Capital team you will be responsible for the  delivery of key Group Value measures Reporting  including Regulatory Measures:

MCEV, SII Market Value Balance Sheet and Own Funds, Other Internal Capital  Value Measures.

 Requires a good understanding of technical & Reporting Requirements of SII. Working knowledge of MCEV or IFRS. Analytical skills and Consolidation experience.

 Insurance experience -. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

The Head of Group Reporting is accountable for co-ordination and production of accurate consolidated accounting and financial reporting for Friends Provident Holdings under various reporting bases and maintaining and improving the Group financial reporting control environment. 

 This role is responsible for business review and analysis linking with Investor Relations and the Business Units to ensure the annual reports tell a coherent story of the group’s performance to the market.
