• Develop business partner relations with Insurance Underwriting Teams, and understand the relevant books of business in order to provide relevant and accurate financial information and reporting.
• Assist and provide commentaries for insurance underwriting lines on a timely basis for both entity and group finance.
• Assist with the production of financial information and commentary for the Board.
• Interact and liaise with other group entities where required.
• Be responsible for personal development, specifically focussing on technical insurance knowledge
• Assist with posting of insurance transactions to build knowledge of transaction types
• Assist with technical monthly and quarterly reconciliations
• Assist with improvements to technical processes
• Assist with the system implementation
• Dealing with any queries with Auditors.
• To be aware of and comply with the FSA principles for business
